Modern Transformation in Arcadia

The Stanford project in Arcadia exemplifies Nuview Outdoor’s ability to create contemporary marvels. For this custom home, we designed a new front and backyard, introducing a stylish modern courtyard highlighted by a double-sided fireplace. The front yard boasts decorative modern walls paired with sleek landscaping. The backyard is a modernist’s dream, featuring a new pool & spa, adorned with travertine decking, and complemented by a high-end BBQ. Our water features, including stainless steel scuppers, sheers, and deck jets, add a touch of opulence. The setting is completed with chic step pads, desert landscaping, and a refreshing misting system for those warm Arcadia days.
